Leadership Statement
BTech provides high performance underwater acoustic transducers and systems to the US Navy, industry, universities, and various ocean and medical technology-driven organizations. Since 1995, BTech has established its role as a premier developer of sonar technologies. Our founder, David A. Brown, has been focused in the field of transducer development for 40 years and our Senior Engineer, Dr. Corey Bachand, has more than 20 years of experience in sonar transducer and electronic system design, fabrication and testing. Our team works on many complex electroacoustic problems and systems integration including communications, countermeasures, sidescan sonar, spiral-wave navigation beacons as well as medical and dental device applications.
BTech operates in facilities located in Barrington, Rhode Island and Fall River, Massachusetts.
